The Person Behind the Inspections
Michael S. Al didn’t start in an office. He started on job sites. With more than three decades in the construction industry, Michael has seen every phase of building from the foundation up. He’s held a trowel, read blueprints, managed crews, and inspected thousands of structures across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
That hands-on experience is what sets MIS apart. When Michael writes a scope of work for a 203(k) renovation, he’s not guessing at costs or making assumptions about structural conditions. He’s drawing on 30+ years of actually building things, and understanding how they fail.
Today, Michael leads Michigan Inspection Services with a simple philosophy: do the work right, document it thoroughly, and keep every project moving forward.
