Full state coverage including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, Evansville, and surrounding communities. Regular travel throughout the state.

Full state coverage including Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, and surrounding communities. Regular travel throughout the state.

What to Have Ready When You Call
To help us get your project moving quickly, here’s what’s helpful to have when you reach out:
- For Lenders: Property address, loan type, estimated renovation scope, borrower contact info, and any existing inspection reports
- For Borrowers: Property address, type of renovation planned, contractor information (if you have one), and your lender’s contact info
- For Agents: Property address, buyer’s financing status, and any known property condition issues
- For Drone Inspections: Property address, type of inspection needed, and any specific concerns (roof damage, thermal assessment, etc.)
- For Commercial Inspections: Property address, building type, square footage, and purpose of inspection
